1. General information.

1.2. The web service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviours in the following manner:

  • through information supplied voluntarily in forms
  • through saving cookie files in end devices.

1.3. This Policy is an informative document and does not replace the security policy implemented by the Web Service Operator in accordance with the provisions regarding personal data protection.

1.4. The data which constitute personal data in line with the provisions on personal data protection are controlled by the Web Service Operator and BSO Outsourcing Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Rzeźnicza 32-33, 50-130 Wrocław.

All and any materials published in the Web Service are subject to copyright. These materials may not be reproduced or disseminated, either in full or in part, in any form or in any way (inclusive of electronic or mechanical means) without referring to the Web Service and providing the address of its website, or without an express written consent of the Web Service Operator. Any infringement with respect to the aforementioned rule constitutes a breach of the law and may be legally prosecuted.

3. Information in the forms.

3.1. The Web Service gathers information provided voluntarily by the user.

3.2. Moreover, the Web Service can save information about connection parameters (time, IP address).

3.3. The data provided in the form are not made available to any third parties.

3.4. If the data in the form make it possible to identify a natural person, then such a person is entitled at any time to access, modify and demand that their personal data are no longer processed. The data provided in the form are processed for purposes ensuing from the function of a given form, e.g. for business contact purposes.

4. Information about cookies.

4.1. The Web Service uses cookies.

4.2. Cookie files are IT data, text files in particular, which are stored in the User’s end device and which are intended for making use of the Web Service websites. Files of this type usually include the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them in the end device and a unique number.

4.3. An entity placing cookie files in the User’s end device and obtaining access thereto is the Web Service operator or entities, the services of which are used by the Web Service Operator (e.g. Google Analytics).

4.8. The Web Service Operator makes use of services rendered by third party entities such as Google (e.g. Google Analytics), the Facebook social networking website (Facebook, Inc.). Moreover, the Web Service can contain links to other services administered by third party entities. These entities make use of their own cookies. The Web Service Operator does not have any influence on the content of these policies and is not liable with respect thereto. The User ought to become acquainted with the relevant documents pertaining to the privacy policy and the cookie policy of these entities.
